What it says on the top deck front window is "Local Linx", that's what they now call my local bus routes, the 47 and the 48.

End of a era

First Group 39167, Leicester's only and last Dennis Dominator. It is very rare in service work, it gets used mostly as a driver trainer. Still in it's old "GRT" livery, it is mostly seen parked up at Abbey Park Road Depot.

New Buses!

New this season for Arriva are Volbus DAF DB250 (4746, 4747, 4748) In shape of Wright Eclipse Gemini bodies. I've got to say, They're good! Padded seats, extra legroom... Brill! At £180,000 Each, 48 ordered, Arriva have invested over £9M on these geminis. 8 Wright Solars are also expected shortly.
